SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Enjoy free shipping within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, Gpay, net banking or bank transfer. We don't accept cash on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally. All international orders go through customs and the process can take up to weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax. Additionally, we cannot alter international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. Notch Lifestyle cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Please note: Shipping time is when the product is dispatched from our office. Delivery may take a few extra days, as per the courier service. 

Multiple Products: 

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. 

Order Communication: 

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

Order Delays: 

Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at connectnotch@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
